Wisdom in Movement
Joshua 1:3 “Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you as I said unto Moses”
There is a pretty interesting revelation here, that as long as your feet are moving that’s your inheritance, meaning that God’s expectation is that you should always be in motion, there is a progressive expectation for you as a child of God in order for you to acquire your inheritance. Your inheritance is in your movement.
The Bible takes us deeper on this in Psalms 37:23 “The footsteps of the righteous are ordered of God”
That so long as you are in salvation, aspiring to live in holiness before God then the bible calls you the righteous of God. And as a righteous one of God, God is responsible for your future, thus He intentionally guides your way and delivers you into that inheritance which He had initially prepared for you.
Thus we rejoice in making these steps forward because we know that people who move have an inheritance, and we live with expectation because we know that there is an inheritance that God has prepared for us.
